Where do we really come from? What are we really doing here?
The body is a vessel for a living being. If the spirit is the life, then living is a spiritual practice. Ayurveda is the art of living, and is primarily focused on diet – we are what we eat. So, if the diet determines the quality of life, then, to what extent may we determine our practice? We can choose whether or not to partake in the act of being ourselves, but do we get to choose who we really are?
From a human perspective, we’re simply on a ride through a living experience.
From a spiritual perspective, we’ve incarnated into a body for a purpose.
Some people are simply human, while others are also spiritual. Our nature resides with energies currently beyond the perception of the 5 human senses.
What parts of ourselves may experience the metaphysical stimuli that abundantly flows around us?
Are there ways we can further develop technology to sense these energies?
